In accordance with the basic rules of safety, it is forbidden to smoke and to transport toxic, explosive, dangerous, corrosive or flammable substances. Moreover, our chauffeurs are covered by the guarantees underwritten by manifestly solvent insurance companies for all the risks inherent to their occupation, in compliance with the legislation in force.

These insurance contracts accordingly cover civil liability for all personal injury and all direct, material and immaterial damage suffered by the passenger within the maximum limit set by the said insurance contracts in force, to the exclusion of any damage caused as a result of the passenger's liability, between the time of boarding and leaving the vehicle.

The present General Terms of Use are subject to French law. Any dispute concerning the implementation or interpretation of these General Terms of Sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Commerce.

Booking rules

Fixed prices take priority, meaning that if a fixed price fare corresponds to the requested route, the fixed price may be applied retrospectively.
